Abstract
Indian government has removed the disputed article-370 from Jammu and Kashmir on 5th August 2019. From seven decades, J&K has enjoyed being an autonomous state, this means that all the provisions of the Constitution which are applicable to other states are not applicable to J&K.Main focus of this paper is to present positive impact of revocation of 370 article on different sectors.
