Abstract
Article 370 provides special provisions to the state of Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). Article 370 states that Jammu & Kashmir have the special rights. Article 370 needs the state government want to make interference in various sectors except defence, finance, foreign affairs and communication. In this article we are discussing about review of article 370 and article 35A and status of jammu and Kashmir after revoked article 370 and article 35 A.
