Abstract

An Experimental and Ex- Post Facto research design study was conducted to assess the impact of Personality Traits on Organization Citizenship Behavior among the Personnel (N=500) rendering Administrative Services in Indian Government by using convenient sampling technique. Structured Questionnaire and various research instruments were used to assess the impact of Personality Traits on Organization Citizenship Behavior among the Personnel (Group B Employees). The findings of the study revealed that personality traits and organizational citizenship behavior both are related to each other and further, the demographic variables also have substantial impact on both the personality traits and the organizational citizenship behavior.
