Abstract
Democracy is a widely recognized definition and philosophy based on common values adopted by people around the world, despite of cultural, political, social and economic differences. It is therefore a basic right, with respect to the diversity of opinions and in political interest, to citizenship, to be exercised in terms of equality, fairness, openness and accountability. Cultural, social and economic followers are the fundamental idea of democracy. Because the definition of democracy is a subject of debate that is increasingly important within and between culture, the implementation of democracy becomes more necessary for the progress of a wide spectrum of human interests and the security of human rights.
