Abstract
Go-kart is being used for racing purposes all over the world it has four wheels which is mostly powered by internal combustion engine. It is a small of a dashing vehicle. Go Cart isn't an industrial facility itemit is designed and optimized for suitable racing experience by mechanical engineers. This workttdocuments the processttand methodologytottproduce a go-kart, In this work the load analysis is carried out by considering the forces generated in the vehicle powered byttPulsar 150ttcc DTSittenginefittedttwith single discttdualcylinderttbrake. This work depicts the calculation for the various forces and key parameters which is related to steering system using FEM analysis.
