Abstract
This paper is explaining about the theoretical aspects of the dairy industry in India, it focused and draw some conclusions from the south India. This research adopted quantitative methodology. This paper is collected data from the all secondary sources to understand how the dairy industries are working India over a period of time. This paper is completely understanding the dairy system in India and drawn some empirical evidences.
