Abstract
The Personality traits were explored with 234 male police personnel from the Tamilnadu. Personality traits of respondents were estimated by the NEO PI-R scale. By convenience sampling. Chosen work forces were first reached by means of letter to alarm them to the examination and were then reached by telephone to request their interest. Assembled information was dissected by discovering Mean value, standard deviation and alpha value.
