Abstract
Intellectual Property (IP) is a broad category of law regarding the rights of the invention or creative intangible product owners. IP law, for example, grants some owners of art, technology, and symbols or designs exclusive rights. The patent, copyright, trademarks and trade secrets shall be covered by IP law subcategories. IP offers more and more job opportunities for lawyers, and this is growing rapidly. IP is a fast-growing industry which offers lawyers more and more job opportunities. Therefore, IP plays an ever more important role in businesses; its regulation and study are consequently increasingly prominent in government, non-profit and academia. This paper seeks to highlight the perspectives of numerous IP law sub-specialties including patents, copyright, trade secrets, and technology transfer.
