Abstract
When technologies are growing rapidly, the interoperability between multiple applications or components developed in different technologies becomes an issue.
Web related technologies provides a means of interoperability between applications irrespective of their underlying implementations. Employee Training Tracking System will be built on web related technologies. This system is dependent on the architecture of Client/Server technology. The framework used here is MVC pattern.
