Abstract

The co-operative system will be strong and effective only when there is proper integration among co-operative. Because of the weakness of the integration, they cannot come up to the expected level of performance. Co-operation among co-operatives is the first and foremost requirement for an orderly functioning of co-operative societies. Functional correlation in the various activities of societies measures how services supplied by these societies help to meet member’s expectation. Functional correlation is possible only through the better performance of employees working in co-operative societies.
