Abstract
The paper attempts to investigate and dwell upon the definitions and the nature of Bullying present in the contemporary world which has a telling impact on the peer group. How a childhood can peter off into the vanity of delinquency and can lead to a harmful influence on the peer group of the bully and the immediate societal context. The paper highlights the psychological and neurotic factors which explain such a violently deviant behavior in childhood and younger years. The paper argues that it’s the factor of Force Majore which vitiates a childhood’s growth trajectory and leads to deviancy.
