Competent and motivated people can make things happen and enable an organization to achieve its goals. Therefore, organization should continuously ensure that the dynamism, effectiveness. Policies and practices the management has to take cognizance of these realities and develop appropriate HRM policies and practices. Good HR practices can influence financial and other performance motivators of corporations by generating employee satisfaction, which in turn can influence employee satisfaction.
