Abstract

Customer satisfaction is defined as “An overall evaluation based on the total purchase and consumption experience with the good or service over time (Fornell, Johnson, Anderson, Cha & Bryant 1996)”. With marketing, customer satisfaction also comes along with it which means it ascertains the expectation of the customer on how the goods and services are being facilitated by the companies. Actionable information on how to make customers further satisfied is therefore, a crucial outcome. The purpose of this study is to know the satisfaction of customers towards Samsung Products and to examine the satisfaction level of customers towards the services of Samsung Products. Primary and secondary sources of data have been used in the study. Sample size is 100. Data has been collected from working employees, Students and non working people who uses Samsung products. Study is confined within Jaipur. Stratified Random Sampling has been used in this study. Data has been analyzed through Pie Chart and Statistical test have been used like Correlation to find out the Relationship between the factors that have impact on Customer Satisfaction.
