Abstract

Employee retention management includes a strategic approach that keeps employees motivated and makes them work when applied to organizational interests.The comprehensive employee retention program can play a key role in acquiring and retaining key employees and reducing traffic and related costs.In recent years, particularly in the human resources program, the retention rate of employees has become increasingly important and the relevance is such that human resource practitioners who want to integrate it into the program human resources have a lot to do.
