Abstract

Aim of the study assign the effect of the Bhramari Pranayama on mental health 7 days Bharamari Pranayama practices was administered among ten subjects with the age range (18 to 30). The mental health inventory questionnaire was use to make snap shot of mental health. The pre and post mean compared of the same sample before and after the pranayama. The pre and post mean value of the subjects compared using paired t-test.


There was a increase in mental health inventory mean score, the mean difference of the pre and post mental health inventory is significant (p<0.01). This shows the improvement in mental health by the Bhramari Pranayama.
