Abstract
Traffic inside or outside in the city is considered as the main factor that affect both the driver and the commuter, accidents which are considered as the most important consequences of resulting from terrible traffic jams and gridlocks especially in major cities, it also represents an economical burden that weighs on national governments especially in countries with a rate of accidents.
