Abstract
This present study was conducted to evaluate the drive of work life balance with that of the retention inclination of the middle level employees in the IT companies Octal Info solution Pvt. Ltd. and A3 Logics Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur, Rajasthan. Flexible job schedule, job sharing, and job burnout are the issues which are very closely related to the components of work-life balance and the researcher had tried to find the relation between the two, especially in the IT related companies.
