Success of an organisation depends on the quality and caliber of the people working in it. In modern days, professionals in the human resource area are the most important elements in the success of any organization. It is clearly acknowledged by professionals that human resources are the wealth of an organisation, which helps it in achieving its goals. The performance and productivity of an organisation are directly related to the quantity and quality of its human resources. So human resources become the focus attention of every organisation. Most of the banking industries, garments industry, trading industry and other some export-oriented industry have boosted up in recent time but they are not maintaining good human resource department except few of them. This study is related on the paradigm shift of learning human resources development in organization.
