Abstract
Due to the progressive increase in the population and the complexity of their mobility needs, the evolution of transportation systems to solve advanced mobility problems has been necessary. Additionally, there are many situations where the application of traditional solutions is not entirely effective, e.g., when the processing of large amounts of data collected from in-vehicle sensors and network devices is required.
