Abstract

40 patients were examined in order to analyze somatogenic anxiety-depressive disorders arising on the background of NFN and their links with the most persistent and severe complication. Paroxetine and hydroxyzine dihydrochloride were included in the treatment plan. For the comparison group, patients were selected various types of complications without correction of anxious depressive states. The results show a correlation between the psycho-vegetative disorders of the patients and the possible contractual complications of NFN. Timely correction of anxiety disorders significantly reduces the likelihood of contracture formation.  Women, unlike from men, when receiving basic therapy, the likelihood of contractures is high, therefore, the prescription of antidepressants and anxiolytics significantly reduces the likelihood of their occurrence.
