Abstract
“The proportion of woman joining work force, which has substantially increased are subjected to deplorable status highlighting prevalence of gender injustice in greater maghitude. Although they are no way laying behind men in terms of contribution to the productive system but their professional excellence greatly hindered. In balancing work and family commitment, which deplores their personal life too. In nursing profession, women virtually get no relief or leisure. In corporate hospitals the work pressure is so high that they struggle to achieve work life balance. The nurses in the present research study reported that their life has become hell due to shouldering of multiple responsibilities at work and home.
