Abstract
Education has consistently been confronting the challenge in affirming that the quality of teaching and learning happens influentially. In this paper we examine the centrality of the compelling use of Total Quality Management approach in teaching and learning process. Total quality management. At first TQM technique was proposed for business world. The point of this research is to expand the methodology of Total Quality Management (TQM) theory in teaching and learning process. Applying TQM to teaching and learning management is a normal and reasonable strategy to guarantee viability of learning and teaching process. The paper set up that TQM approach is proposed to help and guide students and instructors with improved diagram of teaching and learning process that will revitalize and rouse supported learning in the study hall.
